Ted Parker is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law (RPPTL), Tax, and Business Law Sections of the Florida Bar. His legal practice has primarily focused on real estate matters.

In addition to his extensive real estate transaction experience with the drafting of contracts and due diligence compliance, Parker is well-versed in like-kind exchanges including Landlord/Tenant Law, Homestead Law and Estate Planning, Asset and Wealth Protection strategies, Land Trusts, and selected real estate litigation including contract disputes, easement issues, and subdivision restrictions.

Parker also represents foreign individuals who are buying and selling Florida real estate and he assists with the required Florida and Federal law reporting.

Kathy was born at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina and raised in Fairfax, Va. Kathy is a Real Estate Paralegal and a Licensed Title Insurance Agent with over 34 years of experience in the real estate field. Kathy assists both buyers and sellers in the closing process ensuring a seamless experience. Kathy also has broad experience in estate planning, probate administration, landlord/tenant disputes and business planning.

Kathy started her career in Fairfax, Virginia as a closing processor for a Law Firm before deciding to move out west to Salt Lake, Utah where she honed her skills in the title insurance industry.

In 1990, Kathy moved to Sarasota, Florida and began working for Parker & Associates, P.A., as the paralegal for Ted Parker. She and Ted have enjoyed a work union for over 29 years and she remains an asset to him.

Kathy is married and has two beautiful daughters, Kayla and Hailey. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and tending to her animals and farm.

Angie was born in Colombia and moved to Florida in 2002. In 2015 she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. While attending college, Angie began working for Parker & Associates, PA where she was introduced to the real estate world.

She began as the legal assistant for the firm and in 2018 became a Licensed Title Agent in the State of Florida.

Angie brings the new generation into the office which has helped the firm stay up to date with the technology advances, and with Spanish being her first language, the firm is able to reach out and help the Hispanic community.

Angie enjoys spending time with her handsome baby boy. She shares her passion for dance at a ballroom studio in Lakewood Ranch where she teaches social Latin dancing.
